There is a lot of experiences and technical learning that has to take place to be a world class mechanical estimator.  In fact, you never stop learning, as well as the desire to learn should never subside!  At Emjay Systems, we built this company on the premise that we wanted to share our knowledge and our improved way of doing things with the world! 

It is our mission to make literally thousands of estimators better at their trade and more equipped to do their job in an accurate and professional manner every day and on every project.  Training is our main focus and we take it seriously!  Let us help you not only to learn about our system, but to learn things we have had to learn the hard way as we went along! 

Below you find the different options that we offer to the users of our product at a very minimal cost, with some of these options free once you become one of our valued customers.  Our new Mechanical Estimating Manual is second to none when it comes to a comprehensive Estimation Training Course and ultimately a fantastic desk reference for use for years to come.

Training Types

We all learn differently, and we all want to go about finding things out our own way.  We will be offering online training for self-paced learning through PowerPoints, videos and webinars through the use of your own computer and downloadable content that you can use to self-pace train.

Our best option is to meet face to face in your facility and work with your people to provide a better understanding of what they are trying to achieve whether that is better estimating skills, technical skills or product awareness.

The need is determined by you and all trainings are specific to the particular training session.  Contact us for more information.

Training Content

Aside from learning just how to use our program offerings, we try to teach solid mechanical estimating practices.  Our Mechanical estimating systems helps your team learn along with great teaching content.  We are currently developing training manuals in many areas of concentration like Estimating Training, Polypro Training, Fabrication Training, Mechanical Technical Training, and many more.

Our manuals will be available for purchase, and the intent is to offer them as a Desk Reference for your Project Managers and Estimators, and  even your field personnel for use day in and day out.

Webinar Training

Have you ever participated in a webinar training?  Do you know what it is?  What did you think?

At Emjay Systems, we are going forward with Webinar Training to some extent.  We will be offering webinars in a multitude of topics and interests.  We have had enough of our customers asking for this that we intend on making this a regular thing.

We can do custom webinars for particular customers upon request, we will probably do mass trainings for a fee, and we will also be offering free webinars on our services offerings and upcoming events.  Please feel free to let us know your thoughts and how we can help you!
