On-Site Training
Specialized TrainingIt's your company and you know what you need better than anyone. Onsite Training is exactly what you need in this type of scenario. Youi work with us on your individual needs and we come to you, in your office, and we provide you with the training you need to make the difference!
Generally, this is a good option for many reasons, you control the content to a degree, and your employees are in their environment where they feel comfortable and are able to learn without adding travel and additional work due to the scheduling of out -of-town training. Check with us on how this works for you, we'd be glad to help! |
We travel to you! When you decide to have an Onsite Training, we come to you! Depending on the number of folks that you want us to train, this alone can save you thousands of dollars potentially.
If it is software training, we recommend Onsite Training, at least initially, so we can give you some one-on-one at the computer time so you get all the details working on your computer system! The cost to you for this service will be travel costs for our trainers, lodging, and the cost of the train ing, contact us for pricing of this type of training. |
Training ContentTraining content for Onsite Trainings is usually derived from our existing programs. Whether it is Estimating Training, Software Training or a Sales Training, we have created training content for all of those services.
The intent, however, is to hit home while we are there to fit your specific needs. We would spend some time with you prior to the class finding out your exact needs and challenges so we are sure to address the problem areas that you may be experiencing. Each of your participants will receive training materials. |
One-on-OneOn-Site Training lends itself to the opportunity for better one-on-one instruction. It is difficult sometimes with Online Training to get concepts that might need more explanation, On-Site training does help this situation.
Our software training is very hands-on, some of our Sales Trainings are very participant driven, especially in role play scenarios, parts of the Technical Trainings are very hands-on if possible, so the effectiveness of the trainings does increase with the ability to meet face to face. We would recommend this for any of our trainings. |
Trainings and SalesHow do trainings help your sales? This is a no brainer!
Sales Trainings will IMMEDIATELY help your sales efforts, hand down the best place to spend money with a great ROI!! Ross Perot once said, remember him? "If you are a 7th Grade Math teacher and you can't knock the top off a 7th Grade math test, then you going to have a hard time being that 7th Grade Math Teacher!" Point is ... if you are selling Polypro piping systems, then you need to have it flat, you have to be able to bring value, if you don't? The other guy gets the sale, period! |
Learn, then go Conquer the World!Too many times we are put in positions where we have to "sink or swim", not an enviable position if we don't posse3ss the skills needed to meet and exceed this challenge!
Can you tell me the pipe to choose given the opportunity with out looking? Do you know how to tell a contractor how he can save money if he uses this piping system? Can you have an intelligent discussion about productivity and tools with him? Can you talk about how to flip a material list with q copper sweat system? If you can, that is awesome, but if you struggle with any of these and the hundreds of other items that we get into in our trainings, we are suggesting that you consider a training or two to get you on the other side of the curve! |
