Classroom?  You mean School is in session?

Don't panic just yet, but YES!  Let's face it, if any of us have one thing in common, that's we do not have enough training, and quite honestly, it's very hard to get especially in the areas that could really impact your company and your career!

How do we teach?

In the Classroom Option here we offer this classroom instruction Regionally so as many local people can take advantage as is possible.

Depending on the type of class and the duration, this would be the most economical solution to hand-on classroom experiences.

Many people do much better in an environment where the phones are off and the concentration is dedicated to what we are trying top teach for a few hours or in some cases a few days.

This is the quickest and most effective way to grab ahold of a topic and master it, without taking months to get through the content.

Give us a call, if you want to try and organize a class in your area.  Once we get this program moving, we will post classes in your area to allow you additional learning chances.

What do we teach?

The method of teaching, of course, varies depending on the topic and the particular class.

Our estimating training is very technical and detailed, so learning this type of material takes more time and more one on one help.

It is entirely different than a more general course or a more global type of class.

Regardless, included in the class is all the materials needed, the refreshments, the instruction and anything else needed to make sure you get everything you need to walk out of the class with the content in your head!

In most cases, you will walk out with hands-on materials that you will own for later reference and the ability and access to find things on our website so you can further your education beyond your classroom work.

How does it work?

The mechanics of the classroom teaching is as follows:

 1.  We schedule a class in an area
 2.  We register interested pupils
 3.  We set-up the place
 4.  You bring needed materials
 5.  We provide content - books
 6.  We meet for the class
 7.  We teach the class
 8.  You get access to our online
 9.  You graduate
10.  That's it!

It's very simple, but as we stated before it's still out a little bit, so keep your eye on our progress, this is all coming soon.

The nice thing about these classes is you get to know some people in your area that have some of the same training now that you do.  It gives you someone to compare notes with and professionally engage with, plus it helps you grow your professional network!  We all could us a bit of that!

What do I get?

Depending on the class, you will receive the materials that are included with the class.  Generally, that means you get the books, usually a zip drive with useful materials on it, and a whole bunch of new knowledge.

Oh yeah, don't forget, you will be getting a certificate that will show that you passed this course and will be something you can use for further advancement in your career.

The biggest thing you get is the recognition at work that you took the time and completed, in some cases, a very difficult course, that helps you do better than you did before, enables you to accomplish a task with better proficiency, or allows you to take on a more advanced role with better compensation in some cases?

These course also help you to be more confident and more proactive in your current role.

I'm not too good at class work ... now what?

First of all, we are not here to make anyone look bad, believe us, we are more worried than you!  We all need to get out of our comfort zone from time to time, and meeting new people is always stressful, and then you add a classroom environment where you might look like you don't know something?

Of course you don't know, neither does anyone else!  Why would you take a class that you didn't have top learn anything or there was something you might not know?  We get it ... we will make you feel at home and as comfortable as possible.  We believe that is you try this, you will like it, and will continue to look for more classes in the future!  Step out of your box, and reach for the sky, anything is possible!
