I know it amazes us all the time! Now we couldn't possibly revisit that many places in our program all the time it would take your weeks, months, and years, yet it is there and all useable! Don't ask us how it happened?

Program UpdatesProgram Updates are the fun parts, that is where we are offering you a new and easier or innovative way to do your work!
Where do these come from? mostly from our users and programmers, we are continually looking for ways to speed up the way you work and for you to have to think less! Not in a bad way, but let's be honest, the least amount of time that you spend on doing take-offs and bids the more time you have to run your business! We try to do the on a periodic basis, and we try to do it in a way that doesn't cause you any downtime in the process. We would not want to update your system in the middle of a bid for example. If we discover an update that needs to be done right away, you will be notified and told why this is important. We wouldn't want you to miss out on something that could cause you a problem. Most of the time our updates are adding a capability that has been requested or something we have come up with that will make your estimates easier and more effective than they were before. |
How much does it cost?Our Maintenance Program is listed on our Purchasing Page, and it can be purchased at any time and we will adjust the amount of time your program is active. The first year is purchased with and at the time of the program purchase, and then it is renewed every year after that.
Our cost for this Maintenance Program is currently $ 150 dollars per month and it must be purchased yearly to use the program. This small fee will get you all the Program Updates throughout the year, and all the Data Updates as well. This fee will also make you one of the first people out there to find out about new programs and solutions that we come up with and they are made available to our customers first before they go out to the general public. You will also be kept up to date with all of our most recent news. Update news and the coming enhancements, trainings that are coming up, new publications and manuals as the become available for use and purchase. This fee brings a lot of value to your company and to you personally, and really when you weigh out the cost, it's worth every penny! |
Do I have to get it?Yes! Our approach is, if you are serious about your estimating and project management software, then so are we!
This is a small fee and honestly it is a cost item for us, we want you to do this with out question, and there are several reasons why: 1. Your program stays current 2. There aren't multiple versions out there 3. All discovered problems get resolved 4. All enhancements are for everyone 5. All the data stays up to date 6. All your questions get answered 7. Trainings are always available 8. We can all learn and improve 9. Together we all solve problems as a team There are many other really good reasons, but this is just to name a few. This program or any other that you buy represents an investment that should be maintained. Would you buy a new car nd never change the oil? I hope not! Labor Rates - Whose Do We Use?We do not have permission to sell anyone's labor rates without a good reason. The only good reason is you have to be a member of their particular group. If you want MCAA or PHCC, you are a member and you want us to include them, we will need to do this as a custom application. It shouldn't be a big problem but we will need to get that coordinated with your organization.
Other than that, we use our own rates and efficiency factors that you should and could try. Our rates have come out of years of experience, and we can teach you how to use them effectively as well! |
IntegrityThe fact of the matter is this ... if you don't have great data, your resulting bid will be unreliable and inaccurate. I know contractors who have used their systems for over 20 years and have NEVER updated their data. Why would you do this? Isn't this business risky enough?
