Emjay Systems Mechanical Estimating System 2021is finally here and ready for use by you .  Development, though never done, has been completed and we have spent the last two years in beta testing this system and we are ready for distribution.  This is an exciting time for our company and for the mechanical contracting community as a whole.  Give us a try ... once you do you will never use the other guys again!

Our website is relatively new, please stop back often to see the progress.  We have decided to leave it live for your convenience, but if something in missing in the meantime, drop us a note and ask any question you wish, we would love to hear from you!
Starting in 2021, Emjay Systems will be sending, via email, Our Brand New Newsletter, telling all of our friends, customers, vendors, and partners news about up and coming events, trainings, special offerings, shows that we will be participating in, or anything else that may be news worthy!  We are also going to include details about our Current Offerings and Services!

We are offering to provide you with a fully functional Emjay Systems Mechanical Estimating System for a one time set-up fee and we are temporarily waving the program fee.  This will save you thousands, with the hope that you will be in a better position to buy our system, and in turn become a welcomed new user to the Emjay Systems Family!

No catches!  Our system is a customized system that is tailored to your company's needs so we still need to spend the time getting you set-up properly.  In addition to the startup and set-up fee, the yearly maintenance fee for every year still applies.  The maintenance fee covers your upgrades, your support, the data maintenance for your system, and availability preference for your company with our contractor services group.

​It's finally almost here!  After a lot of hard work, our brand new Emjay Systems Mechanical Estimating Manual is almost complete.  This is a priceless desk reference that you will use continually if you are a mechanical estimator that needs the information needed to put  good solid estimate together!

Whether it is understanding the estimate process, the numbers needed to be successful, labor allocations, or the much needed formulas that we use everyday, you will find them, in this manual!  This manual needs to be on everyone of your estimator's desks!

Distributor Version - Polypro Estimator

Emjay Systems Inc. is announcing that we have completed our Distributor Polypro Estimating System for release.  This systems is fully customizable and can be tailor made to fit the customer's needs in the form of reports, part numbers and anything else that is needed to make it fit their current operation.  This program will help convert a metals list from the contractor's take-off to the resulting Polypro list making sure all the parts are converted to the proper part replacement and will help add the additional parts needed to make the installation work properly.

This program will also estimate the tooling costs, fabrication costs, labor for the installation and will even estimate the number of hangers needs and the weights so shipping can be figured properly and accurately.  The program will also through the user interface pick the proper material and SDR though an user directed choice or pressure, temperature and intended use.  Contact us for more information ...

National Quote Center is now open!!

Emjay Systems Inc. is announcing the opening of its new National Quote Center for business.  The National Quote Center is hoping to service North American PVF Distributors, Engineers, Facility Owners, Industrial Customers, Construction Management Companies and Contractors looking for help in estimating and value engineering services. for polypropylene piping systems.

To make a good comparison to metals during the bid and selling process, it is critical to compile a material take-off comparison that takes material costs in Polypro, the labor need for the installation, the tooling costs, the hangers needed, and all the other factors that are important to putting the bid together.  Value Engineering is also a huge advantage in this process!

We are also providing complete take-off services for projects that would like to have a polypropylene take-off done instead of a material comparison, which is the only way to get to an accurate price and order.  Please browse our site and our services and feel free to contact us with any questions that you may have!
