Do you have a file server of some type? If you answered yes to any or even all of these questions, you are probably not going to have to change too much! We do have some minimum requirements to run our system, see Technology.

Easy Take-off
How about three clicks? That's right, in three clicks most items in our estimating systems are taken off and entered on the take-off sheet! We have almost 300 different material categories to choose from in our Mechanical Estimating Program, and relates directly to hundreds of thousands of individual items that you use everyday!
In our system, you do a simple set-up and go right to take-off. Once your there you choose what it is you want to work with, and the type of system you are using, and you are well on your way to getting your take off complete. On screen take-off? Do you know what that is? Well put simply, no more paper drawings are required to do a quantitative take-off. We do our work with electronic PDF's, once your done, everything is in the computer ready for you to manipulate and summarize. This also will mark-up your PDF electronically so you can save a copy with all your take-offs recorded. It's all that simple! |

Aside from material pricing, laboring and proper factoring is one of the most important things we do! There are many different schemes to get this accomplished.

We have many reports included in the package and we can help you design a report if there is a certain way you'd like to see your take-off's, your recap, your project details, your expendables, your hangers, etc. Reporting is the easy part, once you have your system in place and have been properly trained, we would be happy to create you some additional reporting options if you require this at your company. |
