Introducing Team Jacobs!

For those of you who do not know us, and we admit there are a few, we will try to remedy that!  Janay Jacobs and Mark Jacobs spent a fair amount of time working for currently the largest Polypropylene Piping System Manufacturer in the World, we believe that is still accurate!  While we were there we in charge of, developed, handled sales, developed trainings, created processes, and built one of the best and only Contractor Services, Design Services, Fabrication Services and Training Services Divisions for that company that help drive and fuel successes that are still present today in our absence! 

We are proud of the accomplishments we achieved there, and we made for great customer relationships and sales resulting services that contractors not only wanted but needed to be successful in the Polypropylene Piping Industry.  As a result of this great relationship with our customers being responsible for the contractor services, there and now, at Emjay Systems Inc, we have become known as Team Jacobs, and it just kind of stuck!  I guess we like it too!

Our Design Services!

While we were at this polypropylene piping manufacturer, we initiated, developed, created, and managed a Design Services Division where we promoted Polypro System Designs and resulting Fabrication Services for Contractors and Facility Owners all over North America!  We offered 3D & 2D designs of mechanical rooms, high rise buildings, piping systems, Chiller Plants, Cooling Tower Piping Systems, Custom Design Applications like Fountains, and anything else that applied to the use of our polypropylene piping system!  This is one of the Services that we are offering now at Emjay Systems Inc - Check us out and let us know how we can help you!

Past Experiences

We are all the PRODUCT of our PAST EXPERIENCES!  We are true believers in this, AND we also believe that we all have these experiences for a good reason!  It is important as we all reflect on our lives to see if we are in the right place, to also consider if we are tooled properly for what we are trying to do! So True!

Mark started out in the piping industry roughly 40 years ago!  Yep you heard right, and he thinks it hard to believe as well!  Starting as a Plumbing-Pipefitter Apprentice in Local 50, Toledo, OH, he worked his way up the ladder, from helper, to journeyman, to foreman, to business owner, to Site Engineer, to Site Construction Manger, to have held or holding licenses in over 10 States to now the guy who does a little of everything teaching the younger guys and gals as much as he can! 

Janay started her career training thoroughbred horses, selling real estate, and educating special needs children.  She came into the Contracting Industry later in her career and has now spent almost 6 years being a Mechanical Project Manager, Estimating, Contracts Manager, Product Support Specialist, Fabrication Manager, Design Manager, and like Mark, whatever else comes along that is needed!

Contractor Services

One of the things that Janay and Mark loved most of all, was helping people with their problems!  And who has more problems than a bunch of Contractors?  Believe us, Mark and Janay consider themselves as part of that group!  No disrespect intended!

But honestly, isn't that what we all do for a living?  If we are doing our jobs, we are offering people in the Piping Industry Solutions to their Problems! Right?

Janay and Mark started this company on the premise that Facility Owners, Engineers, Contractors, Construction Managers, and anyone else that fits into our Contractor Services Group, would love to have people helping them that made their living helping people to understand and be profitable at using Polypropylene Piping Systems.

We are offering Design Services, Take-off Services, Value Engineering Services, Quoting Services, Material Comparison Services, and Training Services to help anyone interested who is trying to make a difference and is trying to make money doing it!  We believe there is no other option out there with the stored potential that polypropylene piping systems present!

What kind of Projects have we done?

Polypropylene Design Services have taken us in many different directions, but everyone asks what kind of projects have we done?  Copper and steel projects are the main focus for Polypro Piping Systems, so whatever can be done in metals can be done in polypropylene piping systems provided the temperature and pressures aren't too high, but we will get into that later.

We have done Mechanical Rooms, Chiller Plants, Hotels, Food Plant Utility Piping Mechanical Rooms, Cooling Tower Projects, Libraries, Water Fountains, Custom Designed Pieces, Pump Skids, Amusement Park Rides, Tunnel Projects, High Rise Buildings, Hot Water Boiler Projects, Condenser Water Systems, Domestic Water Systems, and we have prefabricated all of these systems ready to be installed in sizes from 1/2" to 24" with very few pieces that didn't fit!  How's that?

Software Solutions

How did we get into providing Custom Software Solutions?  WE HAVE NO IDEA!  Yet here we are!  Yes we are this business offering what is probably the BEST CUSTOMIZABLE MECHANICAL ESTIMATING SOLUTION AVAILABLE!  And, as it relates to Polypropylene Piping Estimating Solutions?  It is the ONLY solutions that helps you get it right for ANY polypropylene system out there currently!  Our Custom Solution has been through the war being used to greatest extent by US on a continual basis for years!  This system has been estimating better than 10 million dollars a month for some time, and it will be more I'm sure!  Take a look at it and let us know what you think, we do care, and we would love to talk to you about it!
