Management Team
We are new to this side of the puzzle, but we are not new to this process and how it has to work for you to be successful! For one, we have been doing this with many different types of systems for over 40 years, yes I said 40 plus!
We started when there were no computers, paper prints, adding machines, wood scales, colored pencils, stick rules, coffee and cigarettes, and lots of guts! Boy, have things changed! Fortunately coffee has gotten better! Computers changed our industry forever, and we embraced it and pushed it as far as possible and continue to do so. You need to be with a team that are estimators and managers first, and computer geeks second! Yes we need both and we feel we have that too. One of these days your going to have a question that needs to be answered by someone who has been there. That's us! |
Data Is Our Problem!

Improvements
Our programs are under constant improvement and use. We not only design and develop these solutions, we use them ourselves all the time! We are not out bidding work necessarily but we are trying to find new way to make our product more accurate, more productive, more intuitive, and more inclusive of the things you need!
We provide you through our maintenance system periodic updates inclusive of all or our current fixes and modifications. This is done though the internet with very little effort on your part, much the way we handle data updates. Also if you find something in our system that you would like to see done differently, or an added feature, we would love to get you input, and have created an email especially for this purpose. Competitive Pricing
Pricing of these types of systems are pretty wide ranged. Most of the systems out there right now have been developed at grassroots levels and then have been bought out by conglomerates, sometimes multiple times!
We don't have anyone telling us what we can and can't do, and we sure don't get you in a position where are doing that to you either. We are interested in helping you become a better project manager/estimator with everything we have to provide. We have priced our system to be very competitive with others out there, but that being said, we don't believe there are other systems that deliver the services and results that our does. If you take a look around, and see what you are getting, you will find our program is about 1/2 the price of most of the complete estimating systems. |

We are hoping that in the way of problems, this activity is going to be minor. Here is what generally happens, we all get a new thing and right away without really knowing what we are doing, it happens ... something doesn't work!
