Software Development?  What's that?  We thought you guys were one of us?  believe me we feel the same way you do?  What the heck are we talking about?  One of the things we learned early on is there are things we need to do to keep our development process heading in the right direction! 

It is not so much different than you project development process really!  You provide a way to offer your services, you finds a need for those services, the services are sold, you develop a custom solution for this customer, the solution is provided in a deliberate manner, and then you support that solution once you're complete!  Sound familiar?

This is exactly how we do our business.  See?  We are pretty similar after all!

Our Process

Our process is simple, or at least we try to look at it simply.  Some custom designed projects are quite complicated to accomplish but the process stays the same!

Once we get a grasp of the problem or the need to be accomplished and the manner in which it needs to be used, we create the data that needs to be handled.

Once that is accomplished, we figure our how this data needs to be manipulated.  Then. we put together the user interface, or the screens that you will use to input your data.

Finally, we work on reporting and the deliverables that you expect on a regular use basis so your solution works the way you wanted it to work!

Continued Success

We are certainly always moving forward with new solutions, both custom and new offerings, but one activity that we always have is the further development and improvement of our existing offerings.

It doesn't matter whether we are providing you a small or large solution, the minute you start to use it, ideas start to come to mind about further enhancements!

Custom Solutions

Updates

Updates are critical to any Custom Application or Software Solution because glitches are found, enhancements are required, changes are desired, and much more.  These items are addressed in the for of Updates!

There are two types of Updates, Critical and Scheduled.  Critical Updates if you ever get notified NEED to be done right away.  This means that we have discovered a problem that needs to be addressed and could affect the way your problem functions AND could potentially cause you an issue without your knowledge of it happening.

A Scheduled Update is an Update that is just that, one that is done on a more normal schedule and includes things that are more along the line of maintenance and new enhancements.  Either way they are included in most of our solutions and generally need to be installed once you're notified of them availability.
