How We Support YouProduct Support is a huge thing to us, and you! We are hoping that you don't ever have a problem or a question, but realistically, we understand that even if it is a simple question, it needs to be addressed in a professional manner and as quickly as possible!
On our website, this page included, there is link that allows you to go the Contact Form, once there, you can address you problem and tell us exactly what it is that you need. We try to take these in order but we also try to make sure one of our customers are not left without support and having problems that they can't fix. In short, log your problem and we will be calling you or emailing you addressing your problem in short order! |
LearningMost of the time, our support issues revolve around not knowing how to do something, or you are new to the process and you need some help.
We try to get everyone to understand from the beginning that the more you learn and are capable of doing everything that we offer, the greater the Value we will help you achieve for your business. We have an awesome Training Program, and we have second to none Estimating Training Manuals that not only help you understand our program but also help you in the assembly and submission of a bid! PurchasingPurchasing help is another area that we seem to need to help our customers through especially the first time they use our site.
We use PayPal for our Commerce and it allows you to send payments, buy software, purchase support and maintenance, and to purchase books and training. This can all be found on the Purchasing Page and it quite simple. Choose the item you want, add it to your Cart, when you are done, go the to the Cart and proceed with the purchasing. One question we get is Maintenance and Support is included with the initial purchase of the product. After the first year is complete, we will send you a notice to come on the site and pay your fees. It's really that simple! |
FeedbackFeedback is critical to our success and certainly is tied to yours as well. Things like help with the way something works could be a feedback item. Maybe you wished it did something different. Let us know!
Maybe there are additional take-off options that you'd like to see. Maybe there are some occasional problems that happen and you'd like to see that get fixed. Let us know. Maybe you have a wish list of things that could help you do your job better or more efficiently. Let us know! In short, if there is something you need, we would like to know what it is as soon as possible. If it is something critical, we will try to publish a Critical Update right away. If it something more of a wish item, we will try to incorporate it into the next Scheduled Update! |
Making Things BetterWe haven't mentioned but with our support come Data Maintenance as well as Scheduled Updates. We offer these occasionally trying not to be too intrusive to your work, but often enough to keep you operating effectively and current.
As a general rule, if you get an Update Notification Download, you need to get it done as quickly as you can if possible. You wouldn't want to have the latest and greatest program version sitting in your email unused when it could be helping you with your next bid! |
