The contact database is used for customers, subs, general contractors, suppliers and estimators at your company with many more options available to use as well.

This also allows you to turn a successful estimate right into a project within the program with all the reporting that would be needed to successfully track successes for your sales efforts.

Things To Do Today!

Don't forget that billing is due today! Sound familiar?

With our Project Management System it is easy!  All of your Things To Do get entered as they occur, you select the date that they need to be done, they are prioritized, they are related to who they are for, and what project is needing this work, and when your done you can check them off!  You can also print out your daily worksheet so you can have just 1 sheet on your desk for reminding you of that critical meeting that you can't miss!

Subcontractors/Suppliers

Sometimes handling subcontractors and suppliers on projects and bids can be an overwhelming task!  Emailing another project manager across town or sorting through hundreds of emails to get that company's contact information, what a pain!

Is this you?  Don't worry it was us too before we created a World-class Project Management System that helps you keep better track of all of your contacts.

When you add a contact to your Contact Management Module you get to add that person to an existing Company or you get to add a company.  Once this is accomplished, you then can add this persons individual information like email, phone, cell phone, etc.

You can also choose this person to be a "main contact" and when you do they will show up in the "ITB Screen" that allows you to pick them for invitations on project and bids!

You can also print out a phone book to have on your desk if you want, or just use the onscreen phone book to find individual people when you want to contact them. 

We also have a utility that will directly import all your contacts in MS Outlook so you don't need to maintain several contacts databases!

Sales Efforts

Sales calls, phone calls, potential customers, companies that you have bid to in the past, opportunities, meeting with potential clients, and much more are available for tracking in our Sales Module in our Project Management System!

Again with the notes? We understand trying to keep these things straight is a huge task, especially when you're very busy doing multiple things at once!

Our Sales Module allows you to choose potential sales opportunities and make them a priority that is able to be tracked. You control who you best opportunities are and it makes you aware that you have chosen this and gives you feedback on your progress.

You can also run reports on how many bids you have given this customer and your percentages of success so you can look in detail at how you are progressing with this particular company, plant, general contractor, and the like.

You are also able to track and report on how you are doing by Market Sector as well, so if you want to know how your Plumbing or HVAC sales are comparatively going, this will tell you that information.

Well let's face it, as much as we try to be "paperless" our needs for written reports are just a prevalent as ever before.  Our managers, our bosses, our customers, and our business opportunities all require that we provide them with printed reports and proposal every day on every project and bid!
