Emjay Systems Inc - Designing with Polypro Training
Designing with Polypropylene Piping Systems is a completely different process than we are all used to, no wonder we all struggle with the transition from metals! To start with, we have all had working with metals, copper, stainless, carbon, and the like driven into us from the first day we started to learn about piping! Piping Systems are welded, threaded, grooved, pressed, soldered, brazed, mechanically joined, and flanged! Not polypropylene fusion welded ... why do we want that?
In this course, we will talk about the differences and get into the details about how this new piping system WILL eventually take over our piping industry as we know it, and how we can prepare to get our people ready to be responsive. This course was designed to address the needs of engineering firms, design build contractors, facility engineering firms, and construction management firms that deal with piping systems design, piping specification selection, construction management of piping systems, or all of the above! |
We will teach you the "true" advantages of this system not only to your design efforts, but the advantages to our customers and why they will like what Polypropylene Piping Systems have to offer. Fabrication Advantages of these systems will be addressed, and the additional things we need to know about the flow considerations. We will get into the changing degradation considerations in our designs, pipe sizing calculations and how that will affect the way you will look at hangers, support structures, total weight calculations, and the way we size and choose equipment.
This course is a must if you are in the business of selling, designing or supporting projects that will be using polypropylene piping systems. This course is focused on the designing or piping systems, routing, hanging and Fabrication Spooling for Polypro Systems.

What are the Benefits? This course is in addition to the Engineering Course a focus on the Piping Design portion of the Designing with Polypro Training! This is a good course to add along with the Contractor Training Course or the Engineering Training Course.
This course assumes you have had the previous trainings so we can focus on the piping without having to worry about the specifics of the performances, pressures and engineering details! If you are in the business of making and designing polypropylene piping systems, or if you would like to be in that business then you are in the right place! We will get into 2D and 3D piping design showing you the "smart design choices" that could save you thousands of dollars in your next installation! |
Who should take this Course? If you are actively in the business of Designing Polypropylene Piping Systems for mechanical piping projects, this course is for you!
This is not a CAD course, although if you are a 2D/3D Designer, this course will make sense to you too! If you are responsible for Design Processes or if you are a Project Manager responsible for design processes this Course would be good for you. Polypro Piping Sales Team members looking for additional Course that would expand their level of understanding, and especially if you are in the business of selling Piping Fabrication Services, this Course would be a huge step forward to helping you in your sales efforts. Finally, this course is a very "answer providing" learning experience that will help you understand how to do "Quality" Polypro Piping Systems Designs. |
Course DetailsThis offering is a 1-Day Course meant for all types of Managers and Piping Designers to get them better at Designing Polypropylene Piping Systems.
Polypropylene Piping System Design can be very challenging for a Piping Designer that is accustomed to working with welded steel systems. All the benchmarks are changed! This course is very much designed to help you understand how to present and solve designing problems. You will learn about hands-on in class designing Mechanical Rooms and Piping Intensive areas. We will also spend a fair amount of time on how to spool and plan piping fabrication services to enable your installation to go much faster and easier in the jobsite! If you are in this business you will benefit from this Piping Design Course. Let us know how we can help you! |
